Fitna - How should we response?

Denmark had sparked a row by producing caricature of Prophet Muhammad last 2 years.Muslims all over the world had shown their protest.Product of Denmark had been boycotted.Demonstration to show the protest had been done along the streets of the city.Now the Dutch politician,Geert weelders had used the ticket of freedom of speech.In the name of democracy, he made a short film of Fitna which gave the picture of how he and most of the westerners's view towards Islam.The film that showed the verse of quran and added by the video of so called terrorism and violence that made by muslims including 9/11.

To Muslims,this guy is playing with fire.Again, the sreets demonstration along the streets of city like Jakarta,Kuala Lumpur and Karachi being held.But I like to talk about the response shown by Muslim in Malaysia.Mydin, a muslim owned retailed hypermarket had start the initiative by putting the red tag to the dutch product as the sign of protest.Dr Mahathir ,the former prime minister of Malaysia had urged Muslim world to boycott Dutch product.Interestingly, Pemuda UMNO also show off their response by street demonstration which once they quoted it as 'not our culture'.Student movement such as PMIUM,PKPIM and Karisma also showed their response to express their view in this issue.PAS(pan-islamic party of Malaysia) as being expected had demonstrated their feeling in front of Dutch Embassy in Kuala Lumpur.

Westerners had did it again.Why?Muslims kept being insulted by them.What had been done by Malaysian Muslim in show their dissatisfaction could be graded as good.This issue had made all Muslims from various political ideologies unite in their statement.But is it enough?In Malaysia itself, our cinema had screened the film like gubra and sepet which also had some scenes that not give the real picture of Malaysian soceity.Yes, Yasmin Ahmad want to make it out of box,make it unique but can we go beyond the border?In everything we did, it always had a border.To make it worse, these two film got awards in film festivals.Back into the topic, the issue is we are angry if people outside there give wrong picture about Islam.But we ourselves don't see what happen near us.

All Malays need to go back to Islam


All Malays need to go back to Islam To make our response more effective, we need to be strong.The only way to be strong is unity among Muslims.All Muslims should look back their lifestyle,character,quality and competency.Islam Hadhari approach was looking good at first sight.But when it goes to practical of real soceity,it definitely fail!Even an Ustaz who was one of the panel in the mufti council refused to explain it when being asked about Islam Hadhari.This is the most disastrous approach that made by 'a political party' because their members and leaders not showed their character as real muslim.They are only interested in using Islam in some aspect of life only.They are actually have used Islam for their political purpose instead of using politic for the purpose of Islam.


So how Muslim here can be united? All should back to Quran and Hadis that left by Prophet Muhammad.Whatever your political view, we should go back to Islam.Those who are not make Islam as their basis of life,please go back and give support 'the one' who really determined to practice Islam as a way of life rather than just talking about that but not doing anything.'The one' that I mean, you should know yourselves who is it.So please,register and give support to 'the one'. It's a vital need for muslims to be united under 'the one'.Please, think about it...
